We reserve the right to change availability and pricing on all and any services without giving notice and for any reason we deem appropriate.
We will not be held responsible for any technical limitations of any end-user for any reason.
Our registration process involves you creating a password in exchange for an account that is provided by us. It is your sole responsibility to manage the security and confidentiality of your password and account and to ensure it is not shared with any others. You are fully responsible for any activity that occurs on your account. You must inform us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or other breach of security. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs due to your neglect of this obligation.
You agree that a breach of any of the general Terms and Conditions will lead to your account being suspended. It is at our discretion as to whether your account will be reinstated.

Where there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the rights described in this paragraph are not our only remedy and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate in connection with such breach.

Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
